Evaluation of mutation rate in plasmid and virus

We report the mutation profile of measles F gene by saturating mutagenesis. We evaluate the mutation rate of measles F gene in pCDNA3 backbone (shuttle plasmid), pEMC backbone (genome plasmid), and RT-PCR amplicon from virus after screening.
