Evaluation of mutation rate in plasmid and virus

We report the mutation profile of measles F gene by saturating mutagenesis. We evaluate the mutation rate of measles F gene in pCDNA3 backbone (shuttle plasmid), pEMC backbone (genome plasmid), and RT-PCR amplicon from virus after screening.本研究报道了通过饱和诱变技术获得的麻疹F基因的突变谱。我们分别评估了穿梭质粒pCDNA3载体骨架、基因组质粒pEMC载体骨架，以及筛选后病毒的逆转录PCR（RT-PCR）扩增产物中麻疹F基因的突变率。
