Analysis of relationship between dissolved organic matter and bacterial community in 11 designated lakes. lake water metagenome

Using surface water sampled in Lake Biwa, Kasumigaura, Inba, Tega, Nakaumi, Shinji, Nojiri, Suwa, Hachiro, Kamafusa reservoir, Kojima, we analysed the relationship between dissolved organic matter and bacterial community using canonical correlation analysis.

本研究以采自琵琶湖、霞浦湖、印旛沼、手贺沼、中海、宍道湖、野尻湖、诹访湖、八郎泻、蒲生水库及儿岛的地表水为实验样本，采用典型相关分析（canonical correlation analysis）探究了溶解有机物（dissolved organic matter）与细菌群落之间的关联关系。
