Comparison of gene expression between follicular thyroid adenoma and follicular thyroid carcinoma

Follicular thyroid tumours were investigated using global gene expression analysis. Aim of this study was the identification of new markers for follicular thyroid carcinoma. Keywords: cell type comparison Gene expression analysis of 4 follicular thyroid adenomas, 4 follicular thyroid carcinomas, and 4 microinvasive follicular thyroid carcinomas.本研究采用全局基因表达分析（global gene expression analysis）对滤泡性甲状腺肿瘤（follicular thyroid tumours）展开了研究。本研究的核心目标为鉴定滤泡状甲状腺癌（follicular thyroid carcinoma）的新型生物标志物。关键词：细胞类型比较；4例滤泡状甲状腺腺瘤（follicular thyroid adenomas）、4例滤泡状甲状腺癌及4例微浸润性滤泡状甲状腺癌（microinvasive follicular thyroid carcinomas）的基因表达分析。
