The data set contains information from 9 individuals (5 ALS + 4 controls) using single cell RNA sequencing in combination with TCR V(D)J sequencing to study the immune profile of the central nervous compartment (CSF). Sequencing was done using 10x Genomics platform (5’ scRNAseq & V(D)J Reagent Kits v1.1). 5P and TCR libraries were then pooled and for sequencing on the NovaSeq sequencer. 本数据集纳入9名受试者，其中5名为肌萎缩侧索硬化（ALS）患者，4名为健康对照。研究采用单细胞RNA测序（single cell RNA sequencing）联合T细胞受体V(D)J测序（TCR V(D)J sequencing），对中枢神经系统腔室（CSF）的免疫特征进行解析。测序实验依托10x Genomics平台开展，所用试剂为5'端单细胞RNA测序与V(D)J重组试剂套装v1.1。随后将5'端单细胞RNA测序文库与T细胞受体测序文库进行混合，于NovaSeq测序仪上完成上机测序。本数据集提供的文件均为.fastq.gz格式，每名受试者对应4个数据文件，分别为Read 1、Read 2以及Lane 1、Lane 2。本数据集隶属于欧洲基因组-表组档案（EGA, European Genome-phenome Archive）下的数据集EGAD00001009623。
