We report that BET inhibitor (I-BET762) protect against cytokine induced pancreatic beta-cell apoptosis and did RNA-Seq to determine global transcriptome changes with the drug. Overall design: Rat insulinoma cell line (INS1) were treated with vehicle control (VC), I-BET762 (IB), ctyokine with vehicle control (CCVC) and cytokines with I-BET762 (CCIB) for 72h with cytokines added in last 24h. contributor: Novogene

本研究报道,BET抑制剂(BET inhibitor)I-BET762可拮抗细胞因子(cytokine)诱导的胰腺β细胞凋亡;本研究通过RNA-Seq技术,解析该药物处理后细胞的全局转录组变化。 整体实验设计:以大鼠胰岛素瘤细胞系(INS1)为研究对象,设置四组处理:溶剂对照(vehicle control,VC)组、I-BET762(IB)组、细胞因子+溶剂对照(CCVC)组以及细胞因子+I-BET762(CCIB)组;所有处理均持续72小时,且细胞因子于最后24小时添加。 项目贡献单位:诺禾致源(Novogene)
