Human breast cancer dataset used in "Enhancing spatial domain detection in spatial transcriptomics with EnSDD"

The datasets used in "Enhancing spatial domain detection in spatial transcriptomics with EnSDD".  The datasets contain the SRT data "counts_matrix.txt", "meta_data.txt" and several datasets for running deconvolution and shiny app, "breastdata_rctd", "res.clustering.20.RData".

本数据集取自论文《Enhancing spatial domain detection in spatial transcriptomics with EnSDD》（可译为：基于EnSDD提升空间转录组学的空间域检测性能），其中包含空间转录组学（spatial transcriptomics，简称SRT）相关数据：计数矩阵文件"counts_matrix.txt"、元数据文件"meta_data.txt"，以及若干用于反卷积与Shiny应用运行的数据集："breastdata_rctd"、"res.clustering.20.RData"。
