Selected biocontrol strain exhibited typical morphological characteristics of the genus bacillus. Moreover, bacillus 16S rRNA gene was amplified by PCR and gene fragment of the targeted strain was sequenced. Afterwards, obtained sequence was aligned, compared to the GenBank.

所筛选的生防菌株具有芽孢杆菌属（Bacillus）的典型形态学特征。此外，通过聚合酶链式反应（Polymerase Chain Reaction，PCR）扩增得到芽孢杆菌的16S rRNA基因，并对目标菌株的基因片段进行了测序。随后，将获得的序列进行比对，并与GenBank数据库中的序列进行对比分析。
