Supplementary data: Independent Size Expansions and Intron Proliferation in Red Algal Plastid and Mitochondrial Genomes

Two python scripts along with files to test them are included in two separate zip files.<br>Fragmented genomes are given as their assembled nucleotide sequences (in fasta format), and we include the predicted protein sequences. All reads of all (fragmented and complete) organellar genomes were submitted to SRA. <br><br>Organellar genomes submitted to genbank and genomic reads submitted to SRA are also included here for convenience, each in it's own .zip file. These are also available on GenBank and SRA databases of NCBI.<br>

碎片化基因组以组装后的核苷酸序列形式提供（格式为FASTA），同时附带预测得到的蛋白质序列。所有（碎片化与完整的）细胞器基因组的测序读段均已提交至序列读取档案（Sequence Read Archive, SRA）。

为便于使用，本次发布还包含已提交至GenBank的细胞器基因组数据，以及已上传至SRA的基因组测序读段，二者分别存储于各自的压缩文件中。上述数据亦可在美国国家生物技术信息中心（National Center for Biotechnology Information, NCBI）的GenBank与SRA数据库中获取。
