Reproducibility package for shared arterial-remodelling programmes in renal dysfunction and aortic dissection

Project-generated code, figure Source Data, derived result tables and provenance supporting a cross-species analysis of arterial-remodelling programmes in renal dysfunction and aortic dissection. The archive includes an executable-order guide, environment and session information, mappings from every figure and table to source data and generating scripts, and file-level SHA-256 checksums. Original third-party GEO, GWAS, FinnGen, 1000 Genomes, STRING and DGIdb files are not redistributed and remain available from their cited providers. The molecular overlap reported in the accompanying manuscript does not establish a causal renal-to-dissection mechanism.
