This file contains raw .fna files from 454 sequencing of the ITS2 locus as described in the paper. Each file contains reads for a single sample and > lines give the sample name for each file.
本文件收录了如论文所述、针对ITS2（Internal Transcribed Spacer 2）位点开展454测序所得到的原始.fna格式文件。每个文件对应单个样本的测序读段，文件中以“>”开头的行即为该样本的名称。
