中国3-18岁儿童青少年骨密度参照标准

来源于国家十二五重大科技支撑计划全国多中心研究项目骨密度体成分研究,在全国7省自治区直辖市,采用分层整群抽样的方法,对3-18岁儿童青少年进行骨密度检测,采用双能X线金标准检测技术对体成分进行评估,根据纳入排除标准对数据进行整理后,10818名儿童纳入本研究,采用LMS曲线平滑技术对数据进行平滑得到中国3-18岁儿童青少年骨密度的性别、年龄别和性别身高别的百分位曲线,并以均值减2倍标准差作为骨密度发育异常的判定标准。
This dataset is derived from the National Multi-center Research Project on Bone Mineral Density and Body Composition under the 12th Five-Year National Major Scientific and Technological Support Plan. Stratified cluster sampling was adopted across 7 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government in China to conduct bone mineral density testing and assess body composition using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA, the gold standard) among children and adolescents aged 3 to 18 years. After data sorting based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, 10,818 children were enrolled in this study. The LMS curve smoothing technique was applied to smooth the data, generating gender-specific, age-specific and gender- and height-specific percentile curves of bone mineral density for Chinese children and adolescents aged 3 to 18 years, with mean minus 2 standard deviations used as the diagnostic criterion for abnormal bone mineral density development.
