本数据集由两个无亲缘关系的个体混合样本构建，二者线粒体DNA（mtDNA）单倍群较为接近，采用10x平台完成单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq）。后续通过Cell Ranger软件对该数据集进行处理，并经反卷积分析得到两名个体各自的遗传特征谱。单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms, SNPs）的聚类结果以处理后文件形式提交，测序所得的FASTQ文件则以未处理文件格式提交。该数据集为欧洲基因组表型组数据库（EGA）收录的EGAD00001008727数据集。
