VPRS 19249 The Royal Melbourne Hospital Appeal Executive Committee, Minutes and Papers

This series comprises files documenting the minutes, papers and correspondence of The Royal Melbourne Hospital‘s (VA 1048) Royal Melbourne Hospital Appeal Executive Committee.  The committee coordinated fundraising activities, events and appeals and provided the link between the hospital and individual donors, corporate and business sector supporters, community groups, external trusts, foundations and sponsors.  Note that this series only contains records for the time periods of 1940-46, 1948 and 1970-74. Prior to transfer to Public Record Office Victoria, the records in this series were maintained as part of the Royal Melbourne Hospital Archives.
