Identification and Characterization of the Complete Genome of the TGF-β Gene Family in Tupaia belangeri: Expression and Function of Adipose Tissue Under Cold Acclimation Conditions

This study utilized bioinformatics methods to identify the TGF-β gene family in tree shrews and its expression and function in adipose tissue under cold conditions, providing a basis for small mammals to respond to changes in environmental temperature.本研究采用生物信息学方法，鉴定了树鼩体内的转化生长因子β（TGF-β）基因家族，并解析了该家族在寒冷条件下脂肪组织中的表达与功能，为小型哺乳动物响应环境温度变化的研究提供了理论依据。
