off-target amplicon sequencing

The dataset contains multiplex rhAmpSeq sequencing data of diverse gRNAs and their corresponding off-target sites. HEK293-Cas9 overexpression cells were employed to increase sensitivity and improve the detection of off-target effects. The sites in the dataset include SNVs resulting in allelic editing.
