Brief description of the data submitted: RAW Files and .mzXML Files used to generate Figures 4 and 5.
Sample Collection Method: Supernatants of 120 mL of Aquimarina spp. cultures grown in 1:2 diluted MB at 24 degrees celsius in an incubator (Labtron) with 120 rpm orbital shaking for two days.
Sample Extraction Method: liquid extracts, solid phase extraction (HLB cartridges), elution with methanol (100%); eluates were evaporated in a gentle flux of nitrogen gas and reconstituted in 500 microlitres of methanol-water (50:50 v/v).
Ionization Souce and Polarity: Heated Electro-Spray Ionization source (HESI-II; Thermo Scientific). Negative Polarity.
Chromatography and Phase: Thermo Scientific Accucore RP-18 column (2.1 times 100 mm, 2.6 microm), Water-Acetonitrile gradient with 0.1% formic acid.
