Wagga Wagga, NSW, 1992 (P583), elevation line data

The Digital Elevation Model represents ground surface topography between points of known elevation. The elevation data was calculated using the altimeters and Global Positioning System (GPS) sensor used for the benefit of airborne magnetic and radiometric data on the same survey. The elevation is the height relative to the Australian Height Datum GDA94 (AUSGEOID09). The processed elevation data is checked for quality by GA geophysicists to ensure that the final data released by GA are fit-for-purpose. These line dataset from the Wagga Wagga, NSW, 1992 survey were acquired in 1992 by the NSW Government, and consisted of 8629 line-kilometres of data at 400m line spacing and 100m terrain clearance.

数字高程模型（Digital Elevation Model）用于表征已知高程点之间的地表地形起伏。本次高程数据通过同次测量中用于获取航空磁测与放射性测量数据的高度计及全球定位系统（GPS）传感器计算得到。该高程值以澳大利亚高程基准GDA94（AUSGEOID09）为参考基准。经处理的高程数据由GA地球物理学家开展质量核查，以确保GA发布的最终数据符合适用需求。该测线数据集源自1992年新南威尔士州政府在瓦格瓦格地区实施的测量项目，数据采集工作于1992年完成，共包含8629测线公里的观测数据，测线间距为400米，离地高度为100米。
