该产品数据主要是通过自编码器实现跨传感器校正DMSP-OLS和NPP-VIIRS夜间灯光遥感数据，构建2000-2021全球500米分辨率的“类NPP-VIIRS”夜间灯光数据集，解决了传统两套夜光遥感数据不可比的问题，有效延长了夜光遥感研究的时间跨度。
This dataset primarily performs cross-sensor calibration of DMSP-OLS and NPP-VIIRS nighttime light remote sensing data using autoencoders, and constructs a global 500-meter resolution "NPP-VIIRS-like" nighttime light dataset covering the period from 2000 to 2021. It resolves the inconsistency problem between the two traditional nighttime light remote sensing datasets, and effectively extends the temporal span of nighttime light remote sensing research.
