本数据集为针对自身免疫调节因子（Autoimmune Regulator，Aire）功能相关蛋白，在Aire纯合子阳性（Aire+/+）与Aire纯合子敲除（Aire-/-）胸腺髓质上皮细胞（medullary thymic epithelial cells，mTECs）中开展的染色质免疫共沉淀测序（ChIP-seq）数据。实验设计概述：采用荧光激活细胞分选（Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting，FACS）分离得到CD45阳性、Ly51低表达、MHCII高表达的mTECs，随后进行ChIP-seq实验。
