To investigate the function of Nrf2-deficient CD8 T cells in the regulation of anti-tumor response, we established adoptive transfer models. 为探究核因子E2相关因子2（Nrf2）缺陷型CD8阳性T细胞在抗肿瘤应答调控中的功能，我们构建了过继转移模型。随后，我们利用肿瘤内Nrf2缺陷型与野生型（wild type, WT）CD8阳性T细胞的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据开展基因表达谱分析。总体设计：针对肿瘤内Nrf2缺陷型与野生型CD8阳性T细胞的RNA测序数据进行对比基因表达谱分析。
