本数据集为批量RNA测序（Bulk RNA sequencing）数据，对比分析了柯萨奇病毒B3（Coxsackievirus B3，缩写CVB3）心肌炎造模第3天时，经磁激活细胞分选（Magnetic Activated Cell Sorting，缩写MACS）分离的PDGFRα-Cre对照小鼠与PDGFRα-Cre IL1r1flox突变小鼠的成纤维细胞的测序结果；实验所用小鼠的遗传背景为C57BL/6。
