Supplementary Table 1 - OrgC + Se Agar Plate Growth Data

Several Ascomycota fungi grown on solid agar plates with and without 0.1 mM Se(IV) over the course of 23 days. Growth media is AY media modified to contain 0-60 mmol C/L acetate or glucose. Fungi were grown on agar-solidified media and the radial growth from the initial inoculation in the center of each plate is reported here. Initial inoculation was marked with a sharpie and a line on the edge of the plate was made to ensure the location measured was consistent between time points.

本数据集包含23天培养周期内的实验数据，实验对象为数种子囊菌门（Ascomycota）真菌，分别在添加与不添加0.1 mM四价硒（Se(IV)）的固体琼脂平板上进行培养。所用培养基为改良型AY培养基（AY media），其碳源为乙酸盐或葡萄糖，碳浓度设置范围为0~60 mmol C/L。所有真菌均接种于琼脂固化培养基中，本数据集记录了每块平板中心初始接种位点的菌落径向生长量。实验过程中，使用马克笔标记初始接种位置，并在平板边缘绘制定位线，以确保不同时间点的测量位置保持一致。
