注册会计师是指取得注册会计师证书并在会计师事务所执业的人员，从事审计、咨询、税务等相关业务。事务所是指依法在中国境内设立，由中国公民组成，具有独立法人资格，接受投资者和其他利害关系人委托，从事会计、审计、企业管理咨询及相关业务的会计服务机构。   随着中国经济的发展，我国审计市场规模不断扩大，在近几年注册会计师行业呈现出高速增长态势。根据中国注册会计师协会发布的《2018-2019年中国执业注册会计师行业发展报告》，2018年我国注册会计师行业总业务收入达405.61亿元，较2017年增长17.95%。

Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) refer to professionals who have obtained the CPA qualification certificate and practice in accounting firms, engaging in audit, consulting, tax and other related businesses. Accounting firms refer to accounting service institutions established within the territory of the People's Republic of China in accordance with the law, composed of Chinese citizens, with independent corporate status, entrusted by investors and other interested parties to carry out accounting, audit, enterprise management consulting and other related businesses. With the development of China's economy, the scale of China's audit market has continued to expand, and the CPA industry has maintained a high-growth trend in recent years. According to the *Development Report of China's Practicing Certified Public Accountants Industry 2018-2019* released by the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA), the total business revenue of China's CPA industry reached 40.561 billion yuan in 2018, representing a year-on-year growth of 17.95% compared to 2017.
