We propose to resolve anisotropic local strain by orientation- dependent analysis of high- energy in-situ loading diffraction data using a new approach building on texture tomography. This will be applied to bone to resolve the anisotropic response to applied mechanical load to address hitherto inaccessible questions in bone biomechanics. The methodology is expected to be applicable to a wide range of nano-composite materials.
我们提出一种基于织构层析成像(Texture Tomography)的全新方法,通过对高能原位加载衍射数据开展取向依赖分析,以解析各向异性局部应变。该方法将应用于骨骼样本,以解析其对外施加载荷的各向异性力学响应,进而解决骨生物力学领域中迄今尚未得到解答的关键问题。预计该方法可适用于广泛的纳米复合材料。
