Transcriptional profiling of 24 hours post-fertilization zebrafish embryos comparing control untreated embryos with embryos raised in 75uM 5-azadC. 5-azadC blocks methylation. The goal was to determine genes regulated by methylation during development. Two-condition experiment, 24 hour untreated embryos vs. 5azadC-treated embryos. Biological replicates: 3 control replicates, 3 5azadC-treated replicates.
本数据集针对受精后24小时的斑马鱼胚胎开展转录谱分析(transcriptional profiling),对比未处理的对照组胚胎与经75 μM 5-氮杂胞苷(5-azadC)培养的胚胎。5-氮杂胞苷可阻断甲基化进程,本实验旨在筛选发育过程中受甲基化调控的基因。本实验为双条件对照实验,设置24小时未处理胚胎与5-氮杂胞苷处理胚胎两组。生物学重复(biological replicates)设置为:对照组3次重复,5-氮杂胞苷处理组3次重复。
