The goal of this study is to identify ribosome-protected mRNA fragments (RPFs) to investigate gene expression dynamics at both transcriptional and translational levels associated with NAT10 in mouse hearts NAT10-FF mice and NAT10-CKO mice were sacrificed at day 15 after birth,Ribosome Profiling Sequence (Ribo-seq) assay was performed to identify ribosome-protected mRNA fragments (RPFs) associated with NAT10 in mouse hearts.

本研究旨在鉴定核糖体保护mRNA片段(ribosome-protected mRNA fragments,RPFs),以探究小鼠心脏中与NAT10相关的转录及翻译水平的基因表达动态。研究人员于小鼠出生后第15天处死NAT10-FF小鼠与NAT10-CKO小鼠,并开展核糖体谱测序(Ribosome Profiling Sequence,Ribo-seq)实验,以鉴定小鼠心脏中与NAT10相关的核糖体保护mRNA片段。
