In the first project, root and soil samples were collected at the depth of 0-20cm in Chifeng, Dengkou, Pingluo and Dunhuang in four saline sites, aim to investigate the AM fungal communities composition and diversity in roots and rhizosphere soils of black locust. The second project was conducted in Chifeng to detect soil and root AM fungal community under different afforestation type inculding black locust monoculture and black locust & Chinese pine mixture.

第一项研究：于赤峰、磴口、平罗及敦煌4处盐碱地样点采集0~20cm深度的根系与土壤样品，旨在探究刺槐根系及根际土壤中的丛枝菌根真菌（Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi, AMF）群落组成与多样性。第二项研究在赤峰开展，旨在检测不同造林模式下土壤与根系中的丛枝菌根真菌群落，涉及模式包括刺槐纯林以及刺槐与油松混交林。
