Data: ddRAD-Seq SNP datasets

This collections contains datasets of SNP characterization of individuals of the Northern Grasshopper Mouse (Onychomys leucogaster). All datasets come from the same ddRAD sequencing library. They differ by % missing data allowed for an individual to allow a locus to be retained in the dataset. All datasets are in genepop file format, which by default stores alleles as integers [0, 1, 2] where 0 and 2 are homozygotes. Data processing and pipeline details are in the associated manuscript.

本数据集集合收录了北食蝗鼠（Onychomys leucogaster）个体的单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP）表征数据。所有数据集均来自同一ddRAD测序文库，各数据集的差异在于：保留某个位点时，允许单个个体存在的缺失数据占比各不相同。所有数据集均采用Genepop文件格式，该格式默认将等位基因存储为整数[0, 1, 2]，其中0和2代表纯合子。数据处理流程及分析细节详见关联研究手稿。
