Neodb

Neodb contains currently the largest number of experimentally validated neoantigens. In addition to validated neoantigen, Neodb also includes three additional modules for facilitating neoantigen prediction and analysis, including ‘Tools’ module (comprehensive neoantigen prediction tools); ‘Driver-Neo’ module (collection of public neoantigens derived from recurrent mutations) and ‘Immuno-GNN’ module (a novel immunogenicity prediction tool based on a GNN).Neodb 目前收录了全球数量最多的经实验验证的新抗原（neoantigen）。除已验证的新抗原数据外，Neodb 还配备了三个用于辅助新抗原预测与分析的功能模块，分别为：「工具（Tools）」模块——集成了全面的新抗原预测工具集；「驱动新抗原（Driver-Neo）」模块——收录了源自复发性突变的公开新抗原数据集；「免疫-GNN（Immuno-GNN）」模块——一款基于图神经网络（GNN）的新型免疫原性预测工具。
