Global Coastal Reclamation

We present a global map of the spatial distribution, temporal trend, and land use types of coastal reclamation between 1985 and 2020 by combining satellite imagery, big data and deep learning model based on numerous remote sensing imageries at 30 m resolution and then estimate the impact of this activity on biodiversity and carbon stocks.

本研究基于海量30米分辨率遥感影像，结合卫星影像、大数据与深度学习模型，绘制了1985年至2020年全球滨海围垦的空间分布、时序趋势与土地利用类型图谱，并量化评估了该活动对生物多样性与碳储量的影响。
