This dataset contains electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and Distribution of Relaxation Times analysis results for symmetrical cell with porous SrTi0.30Fe0.70O3-d oxygen electrodes sintered at 800 °C. EIS spectra were measured at 700 °C and 100% of oxygen partial pressure. Spectra of two RCPE elements from equivalent circuit , are also included. Results converted to electrode surfaces area and dived by two electrodes. For DRT analysis freely available DRTTool from the prof. Ciucci group was utilised. All measured EIS spectra were corrected for inductance prior to DRT analysis.
本数据集涵盖了经800℃烧结的多孔SrTi₀.₃₀Fe₀.₇₀O₃₋d氧电极对称电池的电化学阻抗谱(electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,EIS)与弛豫时间分布(Distribution of Relaxation Times,DRT)分析结果。该电池的EIS谱图于700℃、氧分压100%的条件下测得。数据集同时包含了等效电路中两个RCPE元件的阻抗谱数据。所有分析结果均已换算至电极表面积,并针对双电极体系完成归一化处理。本DRT分析采用了Ciucci教授课题组开源的DRTTool工具。所有实测EIS谱图在开展DRT分析前均已进行电感校正。
