Differential gene expression analysis where RNA sequencing reads from the <i>Sitobion avenae</i> were pseudoaligned to the reference transcriptome with Kallisto<sup>1</sup>. Samples from winged aphids were compared to samples from unwinged aphids using Sleuth<sup>2</sup>.
