To investigate the gene expression of imiquimod induced psoriasis-like mouse model, we have employed whole genome microarray as a discovery platform to identify genes differentially expressed compared with wild type C57BL6 mouse exposed to the vehicle of imiquimod. C57BL/6J mice at 6 to 8 weeks of age were applied to a daily topical dose of 62.5 mg of IMQ cream (5%) on the shaved back for 7 consecutive days. Control mice were treated with a same dose of vehicle cream.The total RNA was extracted by using TRIzol.

为探究咪喹莫特(imiquimod)诱导的银屑病样小鼠模型的基因表达情况,本研究采用全基因组微阵列(whole genome microarray)作为发现平台,以鉴定与经赋形剂处理的野生型C57BL6小鼠相比存在差异表达的基因。选取6至8周龄的C57BL/6J小鼠,在其剃毛后的背部每日局部给予62.5 mg的5%咪喹莫特(IMQ)乳膏,连续给药7天;对照组小鼠则接受相同剂量的赋形剂乳膏处理。总RNA提取采用TRIzol试剂完成。
