Microbiota Modulation in Blueberry Rhizosphere by Biocontrol Bacteria

Metabarcoding assembled DNA sequences corresponding to a region from the 16S and from the ITS2 of bacteria and fungi, respectively, from blueberry crop soils. Filtered phyloseq R objects with DNA sequences, sample/abundance table, sample metadata and taxonomy.本数据集包含宏条形码（metabarcoding）组装得到的DNA序列，分别对应蓝莓种植土壤中细菌的16S区域与真菌的内转录间隔区2（ITS2）区域。同时附带经过滤处理的phyloseq R对象，其中包含DNA序列、样本/丰度表、样本元数据以及分类学注释信息。
