tRNA-derived fragments regulate the functional maturation of neonatal β-cells [ncRNA-Seq]

Annotation of tRNA fragments relies on the alignment of signals obtained from small RNA-seq on mature tRNA positions and requires the pretreatment of the RNA to remove tRNA modifications that may interfere with sequencing. Small RNA-seq of adult (p90) and neonatal (p10) rat islet cells and annotation of tRNA fragments (n = 3 samples per timepoint).

转运RNA片段（tRNA fragments）的注释需将小RNA测序（small RNA-seq）获取的信号与成熟转运RNA位点进行比对，同时需对RNA进行预处理以移除可能干扰测序的转运RNA修饰。本数据集涵盖成年（p90，即出生后90天）与新生（p10，即出生后10天）大鼠胰岛细胞的小RNA测序数据及转运RNA片段注释结果，每个时间点设置3个生物学重复样本（n=3）。
