Antibiotic-responsive microbial transcriptomes

RNA-Seq on common bacterial pathogens in the presence vs absence of a variety of antibiotics. Two susceptible and two resistant isolates were exposed to antibiotics in laboratory culture, total RNA was extracted at various timepoints from cultures with and without antibiotics, and cDNA libraries were prepared for Illumina sequencing.

针对常见细菌性致病菌在多种抗生素存在与缺失条件下开展RNA测序（RNA-Seq）实验：选取两株敏感分离株与两株耐药分离株，于实验室培养体系中进行抗生素暴露处理；分别在多个时间点从添加与未添加抗生素的培养物中提取总RNA，并构建互补DNA（cDNA）文库，用于Illumina测序。
