Dataset for: Sentinel-2 image time series for multi-annual crop type classification in the Peruvian Andes: A case study in Chugay (La Libertad)

This repository contains multi-annual crop classification data for the Chugay district, Peru. The imagery was retrieved from Google Earth Engine collections: COPERNICUS/S2_SR, COPERNICUS/S2_CLOUD_PROBABILITY, and GOOGLE/CLOUD_SCORE_PLUS/V1/S2_HARMONIZED, and processed using the Python function export_s2_images from the s2_gee_utils module in the GitHub repository https://github.com/kundun14/multi-annual-crop-classification-with-phenological-features The dataset includes: 1) AOI: Vector file defining the study region, 2) Cropland boundaries: Polygons of sampled fields, and 3) NDVI and EVI time series: Tabular field-level data with quality flags.
