Preeclampsia (PE) is one of the major causes of maternal and perinatal mortality worldwide. Research has demonstrated excessive reactions of maternal immune system function as a major contributor to the pathogenesis of PE. In this study we aimed to determine the immunological characteristics of PE patients at the T cell receptor beta-chain (TRB) level by using high-throughput sequencing.

子痫前期（Preeclampsia, PE）是全球范围内引发孕产妇与围产儿死亡的主要诱因之一。已有研究证实，母体免疫系统功能过度应答是子痫前期发病机制的核心促成因素。本研究拟通过高通量测序技术，在T细胞受体β链（T cell receptor beta-chain, TRB）水平解析子痫前期患者的免疫学特征。
