RNA profiling of sorted germ cells and whole testes for Domestic and jungle cat

rRNA depleted RNA-Seq libraries for profiling transcriptional activity for pachytene spermatocytes and round spermatids in Domestic cat testes. Whole testes for domestic and jungle cat included for comparison to population based profile.

本数据集包含用于分析家猫（Domestic cat）睾丸粗线期精母细胞与圆形精子细胞转录活性的核糖体RNA（ribosomal RNA, rRNA）消减型RNA测序（RNA-Seq）文库。此外还纳入家猫与丛林猫（jungle cat）的全睾丸组织样本，用于与基于群体的转录谱开展对照分析。
