RNA sequencing of Coxsackie virus by ONT MinION

Vero cells were infected by Coxsackie virus, RNA was isolated in 4 time points p.i.1h, 6h, 15h and 24h. Sequencing libraries were prepared after polyA-selection, RNA was reverse transcribed by oligodT primers. The host cell and Coxsackie virus transcriptomes were sequenced with SQK-LSK108 kit on ONT MinION flow cell.以柯萨奇病毒（Coxsackie virus）感染Vero细胞，分别在感染后1小时、6小时、15小时及24小时四个时间点分离RNA。经polyA富集（polyA-selection）步骤构建测序文库，采用寡聚dT引物对RNA进行反转录。随后使用SQK-LSK108试剂盒，在ONT MinION测序流动槽上对宿主细胞与柯萨奇病毒的转录组进行测序。
