Cell Reports Medicine, Sugrue et al. Luminex data

Whole blood was stimulated with polyIC and the supernatants harvested after 22 hours. Secreted cytokines were quantified using Luminex as per Sugrue et al. Cell Reports Medicine 2022.将全血以聚肌胞苷酸（polyIC）刺激，并于22小时后收集上清液。分泌型细胞因子采用Luminex技术，按照Sugrue等人2022年发表于《Cell Reports Medicine》的实验方法进行定量检测。
