Expression analysis of tumor cell lines according to the PCR cycle where amplification was detected, starting with 1 µg mRNA (+++ = 20–25, ++ = 25–30, + = 30–35, − = >35 and nt = not tested).以1 μg信使核糖核酸（mRNA）为起始反应量，根据检测到扩增信号时的聚合酶链式反应（PCR）循环数，对肿瘤细胞系开展表达分析：其中+++对应扩增循环数20~25，++对应25~30，+对应30~35，−对应循环数大于35，nt表示未检测。
