2012年-2018年中国北方典型地表人工目标发射率数据集

该数据集对2012年-2018年中国北方（陕西、甘肃、宁夏、青海、新疆维吾尔自治区、内蒙古自治区、辽宁、山西、吉林、黑龙江）典型地表人工目标的发射率进行测量，测量目标包括井盖，黄色地砖，塑料膜，屋顶柏油砂石，垄上，水泥马路，水泥路，柏油马路，沥青路面，青砖地，砖，水泥地砖，水泥地，水泥，鹅卵石，土路面，水渠，板砖，玻璃地，大理石地，红色地砖，公路，盐，细沙等典型地物。数据内容包括地物发射率（所用仪器为FTIR 102F）、测量时间、经纬度、测量高度、测量次数、测量人、预处理人、审核人、日光情况、云量、太阳天顶角、方位角、观测角度、地物近景彩照等。数据集共114条。

This dataset collects emissivity measurements of typical surface artificial targets in northern China (covering Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, Qinghai, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Liaoning, Shanxi, Jilin, and Heilongjiang provinces/autonomous regions) from 2012 to 2018. The measured targets include well covers, yellow floor tiles, plastic films, roof asphalt gravel layers, ridge tops, cement asphalt roads, cement roads, asphalt pavements, blue brick floors, bricks, cement floor tiles, cement surfaces, cobblestones, earthen roads, irrigation canals, slab bricks, glass floors, marble floors, red floor tiles, highways, salt deposits, fine sand and other typical ground features. The dataset includes the following metadata and measurement data: ground feature emissivity (measured using the FTIR 102F instrument), measurement time, latitude and longitude coordinates, measurement height, number of measurement repetitions, measurer, preprocessor, reviewer, sunlight conditions, cloud cover, solar zenith angle, azimuth angle, observation angle, and close-up color photographs of the ground features. In total, this dataset contains 114 valid entries.
