Pomegranate cultivar (‘Ardestani’) peeled and packed in polyethylene containers and treated with different natural products. Two concentrations of Aloe vera gel (10 and 15 %), two different levels of saffron petal extracts (10 and 20 % V/V) and two concentrations of saffron style extract (0.1 and 1% V/V) and control in one storage condition (7 °C and 85 % RH), by a full factorial randomized method.

本数据集以石榴品种阿尔德斯塔尼（Ardestani）为试材，将其去皮后装入聚乙烯容器，施加多种天然产物处理。实验采用完全随机析因设计，所有处理均在单一贮藏条件（7℃、相对湿度85%）下开展，设置如下处理组：两种浓度的芦荟凝胶（Aloe vera gel，10%、15%）、两种水平的藏红花花瓣提取物（10%、20% 体积/体积，V/V）、两种浓度的藏红花花柱提取物（saffron style extract，0.1%、1% 体积/体积），以及空白对照组。
