The m7G modification of 16S rRNA in the presence or absence of rsmG mutation was detected by Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT), a third-generation sequencing technology借助第三代测序技术牛津纳米孔科技（Oxford Nanopore Technologies，ONT），本研究对存在rsmG突变与不存在rsmG突变的条件下16S核糖体RNA（16S rRNA）的m⁷G修饰进行了检测。
