scSNV-seq data and code

Processed data and code from base editing and scSNV-seq experiments. This is a small update to the previous version, adding the files features_genotyped_experiment.tsv, features_non_genotyped_experiment.tsv, barcodes_genotyped_experiment.tsv, barcodes_non_genotyped_experiment.tsv. These data had already been available as part of the respective SingleCellExperiments in the previous commit. The tsv files have now been added to improve accessibility to the data without the requirement of using R. The code has been deposited on GitHub (https://github.com/MarioniLab/scSNV-seq).本数据集涵盖碱基编辑（base editing）与单细胞单核苷酸变异测序（scSNV-seq）实验的处理后数据及配套代码。本版本为既往版本的小幅更新，新增了以下文件：features_genotyped_experiment.tsv、features_non_genotyped_experiment.tsv、barcodes_genotyped_experiment.tsv以及barcodes_non_genotyped_experiment.tsv。前述数据此前已在对应提交版本中作为单细胞实验对象（SingleCellExperiments）的一部分对外公开。此次新增的TSV格式文件旨在提升数据可及性，使用者无需依赖R语言即可获取相关数据。 相关代码已托管至GitHub仓库（https://github.com/MarioniLab/scSNV-seq）。
