LncPepAtlas

LncPepAtlas is a database compiling multi-source evidence (including Ribo-seq data from 2631 samples) for the translation of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) into peptides/proteins across species. It provides extensive annotations for lncRNA upstream regulation and expression profiles (transcriptional/translational) in cancers, tissues, and cell lines, and uniquely enables prediction of lncRNA-encoded peptides as novel antigens for cancer immunotherapy.
