BARM gene sequences

The proteins.faa.gz file contains amino-acid sequences for the genes present on contigs longer than 1 Kb contained in the Baltic Sea reference metagenome assembly. The proteins.ffn.gz file contains the nucleotide sequences for the same genes.<br>The proteins.bed.gz file contains the position on the assembly file for each gene.

proteins.faa.gz 文件包含波罗的海参考宏基因组组装（metagenome assembly）中，长度超过1千碱基对（Kb）的重叠群（contigs）上所携带基因的氨基酸序列。<br>proteins.ffn.gz 文件包含上述相同基因的核苷酸序列。<br>proteins.bed.gz 文件记录了每个基因在组装文件中的位置信息。
