RNA-sequence analysis for the myoepithelial cells revealed that the expression of cell cycle regulators was negatively regulated in FoxO1-overexpressing cells.对肌上皮细胞（myoepithelial cells）开展RNA序列分析（RNA-sequence analysis）后发现，在过表达叉头框蛋白O1（FoxO1）的细胞中，细胞周期调控因子（cell cycle regulators）的表达受到负向调控。
